Nick Tassoni - 2017

Nick is a repped horror feature writer living in LA. He previously worked at Universal Pictures as an Executive Assistant, and Industry Entertainment as an assistant to two literary managers. He currently has a feature set up for development with Roy Lee and Steven Schneider producing.

Nick writes about monsters because he was scared shitless of everything as a kid. Especially monsters. Boogeymen, aliens, the mechanical shark from Jaws, they all scared the hell out of him. Now that he’s grown up, his fears have grown too. Aging, isolation, family pressure, his writing turns those monsters from his childhood into metaphors for obstacles we all face.

Nick received his BA in Film from Lafayette College in 2017 and his MFA in Screenwriting from USC in 2021. He hails from New Bedford, MA, a port city near Boston.
