Selected publications:
Published works include essays on Nathaniel Hawthorne early photography, John Steinbeck and chaos theory, and Native American fiction and survivance. Documentary work include films on graphic artist Art Spiegelman and 9/11, food production, dance, and immigration. Films in progress on diabetes and the loss of the senses, and a sensational 1930s murder trial and current-day gendered burial practices.
